Ladybird Pocket

Ernie and I had a lovely (but busy!) time at the AQC in April - helping out Marilyn on The Patchwork Tea House stand. My "Make and Take" workshops were fully booked, and enjoyed by all, and I slept well every night!!!! The project the ladies worked on was a little ladybird pocket (see above), which is now available as a pattern. Go to my Etsy store, or my Ebay store.
Ernie isn't speaking at the moment, because I left him at the show all night and he doesn't like the dark. We found him tucked up, fast asleep under his favourite fabrics the next morning - apparently he found the security guard and spent the night playing cards.....
He has his own Facebook page where you can read more about his adventures!
In July I'll be going to a weekend workshop run by my extraordinarily talented friend Sue. The best way for me to describe it is to get you to follow the link to her blog where you can read all the details and view the quilt. Go to Tiramisue. You will be impressed! The blog post is called Opalescence.

P.S. I'll tell you all about some blue oval roundy spinny thingies next time!
