New Beginnings

I was thrilled to see the new growth in some areas that were ravaged by the bush fires. These tree ferns are in the Kinglake State Forest, near Mount Slide, which is usually filled with thick, lush, green vegetation. The gum trees are sprouting, sending out little clumps of tiny new bright green leaves.
But there are some parts that have experienced such intense heat that everything is black. No sign of new growth. Just blackness. Who knows how long it will take for those areas to regenerate.
Very Important Announcement! Sean has his first tooth! It's very tiny!

Bows

Last week I experimented with the Clover Bow Maker - using all three sizes. There is such a variety that can be made, and so easy to do as well! The only thing stopping you is your imaginaton!I hope the Easter Bunny visited and left chocolatey (is that a real word?!) delights!

Ribbons and Bows

It's amazing when we find time to blog! The tea is cooking, I'm talking to my son on Messenger, and blogging at the same time! I think the term is "multi-tasking"
I'm playing with ribbon this weekend - I have the new Clover Bow Makers and some pretty ribbons - cute little ducks, elephants, giraffes, daisies, etc. I may end up in a tangled mess! Wish me luck!
